    Learn to acutally reload first. You can get a starter kit very inexpensively then go with a progressive press. All of the dies will work with the more expensive loader. Understand what your doing..., just buying what people say and then trying to do it yourself can and will be frustrating..., and can turn you off to handloading... find someone to teach and show you the finer points of reloading. generally the guys that reload match rifle rounds are pretty sharp...

      I just picked up the RCBs Rock Chucker starter kit on ebay for $240 NIB plus I had a 10% coupon so I only ended up spending $216 plus shipping. Just add dies and your good to start.
