Been awhile for me so take with a grain !!!! ...It looks like your shell isnt dropping completly down into the collet sizer when you start to pull the handle... Open up your collet and clean it out and put in new anti-sieze ... Adjust collet so shell drops completly in collet with no hang up when you start handle pull.. Mine needed a LOT of adjustment new out of the box and those bases look very familuar !!! ... Shell base Getting resized before its completly at bottom of collet ... Get the directions out or online and its not to bad... Cheers... -
I only have the sizers by themselves, but my guess would be that you have lost or removed the shell lifter, part #108.
Or there is something stuck in the bottom of the sizer not allowing the shell to drop completely down as stated earlier. Sometimes they become out of time too, so an adjustment may be necessary.
Live around the SD area? I know a guy that fixes them locally for a great price.Comment

hey guys thanks for your timely responses. this is great. i am going to try looking inside the collet tonight for buildup or shot which may be the case and if not ill try adjusting. also i guess i need to ensure the shell lifter is in there. thanks alot. ill try all this stuff and get back to you guys.Comment

Be sure to put anti seize or grease on your collet; I recently bought a 8567 that sat unused for 15 years and I had the same problem until I greased and adjusted the collet.Comment
