Reloder 15 Norma 203B

Someone posted they were the same powder so I sent an E-mail to Alliant.


Both powders are made at Bofors powder in Sweden.
They are both similar but different.
So, no they are not the same.

Thanks for posting the reply from Alliant. There's been some talk about this on different forums.

If I couldn't find Reloader 15, I would be willing to try Norma 203B if it was available. The loading data for them is very close to one another in the 308 Winchester.

I've had such good luck with AR Comp, I haven't used up the 6#'s or so of the RE-15 I have. I probably won't buy anymore RE-15 once I use up what I have.

I got lucky and found a fellow Calgunner that had 4# of RE-15 sitting around. phew... was down to 1 lb.

If Norma 203B was close enough to RE-15, I'd work up my loads and use it.

I wonder if it looks the same.
