Hi where is the best place to buy dillon product? from dillon site or brianenos? i mean just new stuff. i do look at craigslist and the forum for people selling stuff and also ebay.

I buy from Grafs as well. I don't get dealer discount but I like that if it's in stock on the website then it's actually in stock. No long waits. Plus the shipping is only $7.Comment

Yes they take c&rs 03s. Grafs gives a very good discount. I buy all my Dillon stuff from them. If they out of stock and I need the part bad, I will then buy bneos at full price.

From what I hear you have to pay in cash, purchase has to be more than $100 to qualify for the discount and you have to spend $2k a year to keep your dealer account. I think it was 3%.
