    Federal PowerShok .270

... in 130 grain. I never used any Federal ammo, but I had the opportunity to buy some. I looked at the rounds, and I realized the bullets are smaller in length than Rem's and Win's .270 bullets. However, naturally, the casings are the same size as Rem and Win. I decided not to buy them because I was not sure if this was a mix up of another bullet packed in the .270 casing and box. Is this just the actual size of Fed's .270 bullet or do their bullets seat deeper in the casing? If they seat deeper, then doesn't that leave less room for powder? Anybody notice these Feds have shorter appearing bullets compared to Rem and Win, or did I look at some of bum ammo? Thanks for you input.
