I will be loading for my G23 for practice and small game.
I have an aftermarket barrel so shooting lead or reloading is not an Issue

Theoretically, the lube in the grooves is not supposed to lead your BBL. However, as a rule, I don't EVER shoot bare lead through my Glocks due to the lead/pressure build-up caused by the polygonal rifling. I'd stay away from them. I use Rainier 180gr FP in my G-23, they are plated. Too many KB's for me to try lead. Some do, I don't.

I have tried Rainer bullets, don't like them and they are over twice the price of the lead Bullets.

Failure to feed and bad accuracy, I have only used thier .45 ACP bullets

Plus they are over double the price of Lead

Failure to feed can be a function of not crimping enough/ rough chamber, both, or incorrect OAL. With a plated bullet you want to have a slight crimp line on the bullet, no more. If you overcrimp you can crack the plating and that will affect accuracy. You might want to polish your feed ramp and just break/ round the top of the ramp. If you are shooting a SWC as I do, vary the OAL a little to help with the 3 point jam. I had the same problem with an XD-40 Tactical, and after that fix, it feeds everything. Been there, done that.

Back in the days of ebay. That guy used to sell those bullets like hot cakes. i never tried them as i cast my own. but he had some very good feedback on ebay. If i wasnt casting i would give him a try.
