5.56 M193 spec ammo

I haven't bought XM193 in ages. Now that ammo prices are starting to slide down I want to be on the look out for M193 spec ammo (same velocity and frangibility as military spec 55 grain) for a big bulk purchase.

From what I remember back in the day that meant Federal/Lake City XM193, IMI, or Winchester Q3131 or something like that. Now I'm seeing PMC X-Tac, Prvi, Independence, and Wolf Gold. I don't know if any of these are true m193 mil spec. Can someone make me a list of 55 grain 5.56 that has true M193 spec velocity and frag performance?

Ar15 forum has a ammo thread that lists and rates 223 and 5.56 ammo... True m193 ammo has not been around since commandant clinton banned the sale (lake city) to the public... Might find some in someones garage ( expensive) if they know what they have... I think about 1994 was the cut-off...????.... Cheers...
