I was wondering about using 460 S&W brass in 45 Colt Circuit Judge and what performance could be increased wile sticking with standard 45 Colt pressures.

No doubt the 460 is a screamer. But my quest is using 460 brass at Colt pressures in a Circuit Judge (has 3" long cylinder, but not rated beyond Colt pressures). I have to believe that with the extra 1/2" of case and the right powder some considerable performance is available.Palestine is a fake country
