Looking for 300-500 rounds with heavy 185-220 gr bullets.

Willing to partner with a reloader if needed. Will pay fair market price.

You have to load it yourself. Or pay a licensed reloder to do it.

None of us home loaders will do it for you as the potential downsides could mean we never get to own firearms again.

Nothing personal but your ammo is not worth my freedom.

Maybe op isn't as aware of laws regarding reloading for others as some of us on here. Just inform him and move on.

i thought it was more of a principle thing not to reload for others in the interest of liability issues. Theres an actual law that says you can't load ammo for someone????

This is California, anyone can sue anyone for anything. I will not touch any reloads that I didn't load myself and I will not let anyone shoot any of my reloads for the reasons listed in this thread. Forget about if there is a law on the books about this, there is the law of common sense.

Yes, you need a FFL to reload commercially.

So should we not use my reloads when I take my girlfriend or parents out shooting?

Hah! You should have her sign a waiver of liability first.

Reloading for a stranger is different than letting your spouse or family shoot them. As far as the law goes, it is not legal to sell your reloads (without proper license) but there's nothing illegal about helping someone with reloading instruction and assistance.

Nevertheless, this sounds like a risky proposition for a load for anyone but an experienced reloader, and the OP does not seem interested in learning how to do it but wants someone to do it for him. That's why everyone is rightfully scoffing at the request.

Well, sorry there is no answer to a very good question. Such a load would make the AK a home defense weapon. Hard to believe that no commercial reloader offers a 200 gr. hollowpoint travelling at around 950fps.

Anybody think of a reason why not?
