    Reloading for the SCAR 16S

I'm taking my new SCAR out tomorrow but am already thinking about what to reload for it. I typically run 55gr FMJ through my AR, but wondering if you all have had any success in running heavier bullets like a Sierra 69gr HPBT or 75gr Hornady A-Max?

My 16s seems to prefer the lighter bullets 55-62 gr.

Its a 1:7, so you could probably run heavier grain projectiles, but the barrel is fairly short. Find a box of 69's a giver her a go. Worst thing that could happen is they don't shoot that well. You could offload the rest to me...lol

I decided to try several different weights from 50-75. Powder Valley has some decent Hornady bullets in stock.
