    MY t-7 on the way

I have made my choice and ordered a Redding T7 turret press. The press was shipped yesterday on the 3rd and will be used for my 308 and 45 loads. I have a Hornady press for pulling bullets, and the hornady bullet puller and lever, a T7 for loading ,along with the Redding 3BRK powder despenser. I have the Redding 45 acp titanium carbide die set, and the Redding 308 delux die set for bottle neck cases, along with the RCBS 1010 balance beam scale, and RCBS reloading press shellholder kit,and RCBS Mega Tumbler. I think I have all the major sections I need for reloading now.
    What else do I need?

you could do without the .45acp case gage, but for bottle neck cases (.308 .223, etc.) a case gage is a must.

Reloading manuals... 2 or 3. A focused mind and a little time.
              have fun

I ordered the 45acp, 308 loadbook usa reloading manuals, and the Sierra 5th edition rifle and pistol manual of reloading data.

In addition to the Sierra, get a Lyman 48th reloading manual too.
The sierra data is only for Sierra bullets.
The lyman data is for a variety of brands of bullets and will also include cast bullets that you will soon want to use in that 45.
You always want multiple sources of data to compare loads against.
It's not uncommon to look at 5 manuals and see a trend, but one of the 5 is completely off-base with the other 4.
I would not trust data that can't be confirmed by at least 3 manuals.

Cool weather and peace and quite to set it up....Also patience...I have stumbled my way through reloading and in the process, havent managed to blow up myself, the house or my neighbors. Look to here and other groups to ask questions....

Get a electric scale.... Or even better the RCBS electric thrower and measurer. Hope to get a T7, RCBS combo, and dillion 550b soon.
