    LEE Quick Trim Review

Just got it yesterday. Several calibers. As I was checking it out and reading the instructions, it just seemed to be more time consuming than what it is worth. The product is interesting for trimming cartridges but, there are others that are less of a hassle.

Do you have one and what do you like or not like about it?

I have the deluxe quick trim and I absolutely love it. While it does take some extra time to trim some once fired 30-06 brass, or 5.55 brass that's been shot out of a machine gun, I've found the accuracy to be consistently within +- .001.

While it may not be the fastest, it is great for the low volunteer, budget minded shooter.

The deluxe is honestly the best deburring tool you can own. I own a cts, a worlds finest trimmer, and a Forster. After trimming batches of 300-500 I take two swipes at it on the deluxe trim. It's saves the hands and wrist so much. It would be an awesome addition to anyone that cannot chamfer and debur for big batches due to arthritis.

I have one comming to me right now to play around with. I'll be converting 9mm to 9x18.

I own the deluxe trimmer and dies in 30-06 and 223. I think they are worth it.

That's what I just got, the Deluxe Quick Trim. I have found that its much faster and probably as accurate is using the LEE Case Length Gage by using my drill.

I'm glad you like it but, though I have not used the Deluxe I say again, "it's just a little bit tedious to me.

      Converting 9mm to 9X18...interesting!

If nothing else it's an awesome deburring and chamfering tool. I'm getting a die for every caliber I load.
