Case Rim Burrs
On my brass that won't easily pass my Wilson gauge, I reverse the direction of the case and try to insert the rim first. If it goes, twist it a little and the burr will typically burnish out. Check it again forwards, and you'll usually pass. If it won't go in backwards, the case goes into the recycle bin.
