    What caliber are these

I have 37 of these Factory Bullets. I think they are for a MOSIN NAGANT. Can anyone help.
    Thank You

It sure looks like 7.62X54r to me. But, then again pics can be deceiving. Take some measurements to be sure/safe.

Silver tip should be a dead giveaway as milsurp 147 gr. ball mild steel core.

Are the cases brass or steel?
Anyway...here's a dearth of reasoning to ponder: http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Guns

If those are brass, they may be Yugo.

Really close as 7.62X54r. The 7.62X54r OAL is 3.037 and the case length is 2.114.

If you could take a pic with better clarity on the headstamp that could help. Another than that it could be from China, Poland, Albania or who knows where.

I am sure you are right. Do you shoot a Nagant? Or this caliber?

I have my Mosin(s) moments every once in awhile. You can also go onto the Curio and Relic forum here. Seems like a bunch of shooters Mosin out there.
