I recently found out about the FangFace rounds from extreme shock and was wondering if anyone has shot any of them. One thing is for sure they are damn expensive but are they worth it is the question?

I don't really trust an ammo/gun/mag combo till I've put a few hundred rounds through it without a problem. Those rounds would likely be outside my budget for such testing.

I don't care how well that round performs, no .45ACP is worth 2 fracken dollars per round. 16$/mag? HAHAHHAHAA.

I tell you one thing though, the people running this company are SMART. There's an endless stream of mall ninjas just ASKING to blow this kind of money on "super bullets" like these. The markup must be insane. Wish I was the founder of this company, raking in the kind of money they're going to be.

Look, physics is physics. A heavy expanding bullet has the most stopping power, period. No amount of black magic, crazy unheard-of-materials, or silly names are going to make a cartridge more effective. A 180-230gr .45acp hollowpoint will drop anyone, anytime, and you don't have to spend 2$/round to get that kind of performance.
