    Dillon Customer service

My 650 has had some issues lately and after 10 years and countless rounds it was time for a redo. I sent it off after it started having timing issues. I am pretty mechanical but this is/was beyond me. I had it totally apart and back together but the turret still seamed loose. I gave!

I called they were nice, told him the issue and he said. Well Ivan we have replaced most everything once or twice why dont you just send her in. I asked the cost for a redo, he said you pay the shipping to us and we will take it from there. It went out that day on the slow truck, for 16 bucks.

I figured since I went the cheap route shipping, and they have been busy as heck (on hold for 1/2 hour is regular). I would be out my 650 for a while. I was prepared to dedicate one of my 550's to rifle rounds as that is all the 650 does for me. In fact tomorrow was the day i was going to switch. Nope. I got a Fedex tracking number in my inbox today! Less than a week to rebuild and ship my machine, even with the slow boat on my end.

Buy whatever you want, I will always be a blue press user.

Pretty impressive. I emailed them about purchasing a spring I messed up and in the reply email they had 2 new ones my way. Email turnaround time was only 1 day too.

They took a week to repair my 550. No hassles, just great customer service.

Ivan, nice to hear another great recommendation for Dillon. Talking to you and seeing your press in action is what sealed the deal for my Dillon XL650 purchase. I started with .45 ACP and just received a 9 mm conversion kit since I'm loving reloading so much. Thanks again Ivan.

              Cant beat em.
I broke my 550 a fee months ago and they sent me the parts and was up and running in less than a week.
Always get great service with them.
I had issues with my 1050 (well I thought I did) they transfered me to one of the managers in the repair dept and he walked me through every step amd gave me a few extra pointers on the 1050.
Needless to say there was nothing wrong with the press, the instructions to adjust the primer pocket swager was my problem...

I did not even know that my 650 was getting worn out until I purchased a second 650 and realized that I had far fewer little hang ups and problems.
Called up dillon and sent out my old 650.
4 days latter I received an almost entirely new xl650 in the mail.
They even replaced my old style case feeder with the newer style with the metal rim in it.
You can not ask for better service then that.

Is your Herters a progressive press with 500,000 rounds at least around the turret? That is a low estimate.

It is back and perfect. Ill hit a million rounds someday God willing.

                        I made 1K last night.

Don't mean to impose on you Sir, but I would kinda like to see a photo if you have one.
