im sure these have been used for years, but im curious as to why they are cheaper than the rest and they have a higher BC, for a .308 175g they have a .521 BC pretty dang good. So i guess im asking why the price is low? cheap quality? weights fluctuate a lot? this might be my new go to bullet.

cheaper than the rest of barnes bullets? They are lead core so much cheaper to make than 100% copper or a turned solid.
BC will hinge on nose design, BT design, etc. It's one way those Berger bullets can have such an enormous BC value. -
Maybe those ttsx are subsidizing the cost of the match burners
