neck sizing and trimming question

So I have some fireformed brass and I want to try neck sizing

you DONT need to trim right? just chamfer/debur, prime, and charge?

If they measure out OK then you do not need to trim.

Case length must be in spec.

case length is definitely not 2.005" though
but that's just the trim length my book says to trim to

I guess I'll just load em all up with no trimming

Max length is generally 0.010 over trim length. You don't mention cartridge. Guessing .308

so I just measuered all my fire formed brass after neck sizing

too much inconsistency, going to trim them all down to 2.005 "

I'm pretty sure you can send fired cases to Wilson and they can make you a custom one.

I've been wanting to get their custom hand dies because of Randall. But I don't have a precision rifle yet.


Look into their hand dies. It's pretty freaking awesome. You can resize and load while at the range.

Are You loading for bolt action or semi auto.. I full size and neck size all my brass..
