I use the Lee dippers that came in my die sets and they are pretty good. However, I always check them on the scale and trickle to the desired weight. I only do this for long grain powders that don't meter well.

As other have mentioned, you can easily make your own once you know the volume of the powder by cutting down an old casing. I haven't done this yet, but it seems pretty easy to do and is supposed to be pretty accurate (at least for target practice).

I used the dippers for years with great results.

Here is the thing. Powder Dippers are actually very accurate, but there is a technique to their use that will give consistent weight. Also different powders will respond differently to the dippers because of "settling" and powder density.

I don't use them at all but they have their uses. Powder dippers were pretty much it for a long time in the hand-loading world.
I do the same. Rifle calibers only. For rifles usually the most I will load is 100 rounds. I am going for accuracy.

The dippers are made to where if you use the included chart you will not overcharge. They usually weigh a little less at a level scoop and even if you heap the powder you will still be within safe limits.
