50 Beowulf lead bullets?

Anyone using lead projectiles for their 50 Beowulf? Can it be done with out harming gas system? Im assuming a gas check would be mandatory. Maybe plated would be better?

I cant imagine it would be a problem as long as you loaded them on the low end. There is load data for just about all rifle calibers.
