    Western #7 primers

A friend of mine gave me a bunch of Western #7 primers made by Western cartridge company, non-mecuric, non corrosive for smokeless powder.
This is a division of Olin Industries.
I have searched then internet and can find history but no specific info.
These seemed to be domed primers ( very small dome.)
    They also look like SRPers.
Can any tell me if I can use these for plinking loads.
Or what to do with them.

    Thanks in Advance
