    Load data info needed

My question is: What do you do if the powder manufacture does not give info on the bullet you are going to use, and the bullet manufacture does not give info on the powder you would like to use for min/max loads?
For example I would like to try some VV 165 for my weatherby .300 with a barnes tsx bullet. Niether give min/max for each other. Do I just find the powder that burnes as close to the VV165, and use those numbers or would that be a bad thing to do.

      Quickload

Barnes TSX is a problem though.
Barnes bullets do NOT use conventional load data.
Call Barnes and talk to them.

AR15 I am glad you chimed in. I have been wanting to talk to you about quickloads. I just started reloading in the past year, and I want all the info I can get. Ive noticed things are allot different with barnes, but I love hunting with there bullets.

I noticed you are also a member at wegc. Maybe I can meet up with you sometime, and ask you some questions.

Ive also been wanting to get into some competitions, and I know you are into that stuff. PM me if you get a chance, and let me know when you might be up there.
