    Hornady 45/70 brass

So I have 20 pieces of once fired brass that had the lever revolution bullets in it. I know it's a little shorter but can I load them with 350 gr round nose bullets?

You'll likely have trouble crimping and/or seating with that brass. I keep that stuff in a separate bag and only reload 45/70 with starline brass.

Best way to know is to try a dummy round and see if it works with your equipment.

Yes, not an issue, do it all the time and I crimp them

is it shorter than SAAMI specs? Work up new loads starting with mild pressures. SR4759 or Accurate 5744 powders come to mind.
