Meh, don't sweat it. The alternative of buying factory ammo from the beginning of the year would have cost you a lot more than an extra 35 bucks for dies if you even shoot only a modest amount.
Besides, you're all set to ride out the next panic when Sacramento passes all their garbage shortly.

exactly...and if you are able to do it financially, start stocking up now. i have this strange feeling that prices will be going up and components will be hard to find again. i hope i'm wrong....

California, where all of the good stuff is banned, registered, regulated or prohibited, yay.....

Law abiding firearm owners have no chance in this state.

I think the ammo permit bill will pass, and I believe Brown will sign. Then years through the courts. I was able to stock up obese amounts at non-gouge prices through diligence, patience, buying in quantity and the exercise of my ninja-like Google skills. Even now, if I see a good deal, I'll grab it to maintain a heavy par level.
And if I'm wrong and on the oft chance Jesus returns to the Earth and smokes all the evil gun grabbers, I'll be shooting free for years.
              Win-win.
