KMart stopped selling ammo after the whole Columbine thing. *Thanks to Micheal ??? what ever that fools name is. You know, the faren-hype 911 guy.

KMart just stopped selling handgun ammo after Michael Moore put pressure on them, but they still kept selling rifle and shotgun ammo. Then I think they stopped selling all ammo right after 9-11-01, but that only lasted a short while. But they may discontinue all ammo for good this year.

Torrance no longer, Carson still has rifle and shotgun...

Torrance K-Mart (Hawthorne Blvd.) stopped selling ammo last Summer. The Carson store still had rifle ammo and shotgun shells last week. I hope this helps... The Harbor City store still had an ammo case several months ago. I'm not even sure if the store is still open. Walmart has better prices though. K-Mart does regularly sell Ground Chuck which truly makes a better hamburger.

temple city has nothing. not even a gun section anymore.
about 20 + years ago i bought 2 shot guns from them.

The Palm Springs stores around 2001-02 didn't have ammo either. I can't remember the last time I saw guns for sale in SoCal, maybe 1993 or so? b
