    In SoCal, Costa Mesa yes, Ontario no. City ordinance does not allow it in Ontario. Not sure about Del Mar.

      Damn... I was going to go to the show in ontario and see if I can find some tools, parts, etc...

        I went to Crossroads in Del Mar back in 2006 or 2007 and they had reloading components.

          Checkout Phillips wholesale in Covina, just on the other side of Pomona/San Dimas. Not too far from Rancho. Only open Thurs, Fri, & Sat.
