    .22lr Ammo online

Hey guys I am wondering if anyone is noticing their favorite online retailers getting .22lr in stock at all recently?

I recieved a product arrival notification on Midway night before last at 9:38PM. I grabbed a 555 box of Winchester. I was on the phone with a buddy, and told him to get over there quick. He went over it was still in stock, and by the time he could enter his card info the last one had sold. They were all gone by 9:58PM. So its still pretty crazy with regards to .22lr. I have seen it at Wal Mart from time to time but its still a pain in my backside to find it.

This really should be over by now. But anyway please share your stories or success or lack there of. And happy hunting.

I ordered some CCI from PSA last week-- first time buying 22lr, so I dunno how good of a deal it was. Cheaper than everything else I shoot, so I call it a win, good deal or not...

More 22LR is becoming available for sure...now everyone has to start wondering if the price will drop and whether to WAIT to avoid being a dum***it like me who bought $50 bricks and now regret it.

As usual, only buy to shoot and not to stockpile, yet.

Hey Jetman, if your happy with the purchase that it was a great deal I am not sure who PSA is though.

gwanghoops, I am seeing it all over the place in small quantities. Still a lot of gouging going on though. I have been getting mine at wal-mart and even they have raised their prices. I was able to get a 1000 rd brick of the M-22 stuff for AR clones, but my gun is not a fan. It was $50 there. I ahd never bought that type before though, so I don't know what it used to cost. And they raised the FC Auto match to $20 up from $15.
I highly recommend you get some set back for at least 1 years worth of regular shooting. That way next time you will not have to buy $50 rd bricks just to plink.

        Good luck to us all

250 rounds + a target for 30$? not a great deal. this is not bad but still 250 rounds (15$). http://palmettostatearmory.com/index...-40gr-lrn.html

Limit 5 boxes is fantastic. Midway had a good price but limit one, so with the shipping it get ya.

Starting to see more pre-panic prices on line, but most places have a one brick limit and the shipping cost jacks the prices up to about $40-$50/brick which is not a good deal. I did find one with a six brick limit and bought those, but haven't seen it again. But overall supply is getting better and prices are coming down. Hopefully soon the one brick limit will disappear as where, but in the meantime I have a six months supply.

According to Gunbot, PSA is currently the best deal ($2.99/50) for 22lr.
I just pulled the trigger on 5 boxes. (plus $7 to ship)

I got lucky this morning & was able to score 300 rounds of .40 s&w at Walmart for $36 box (of 100).

I think .22lr that is under about $0.08/rd shipped will continue to sell out quickly for many more months. I know I'm buying.

Maybe when all .22lr is below $0.08/rd, the frensy may stop.
