    Anybody using RL-15 on .223 ?

Trying to setup my LNL for .233, so far I've been able to get together primers and some Hornady 55gr. SPs. Has anybody had any luck Reloader 15 and a 55gr. round? Have read a lot about it working better on a larger bullet 65-75 gr. I have a lb. from my .308 loads was planning on starting at about 24.0 gr. Would really like to get started.

    Any help would be appreciated

R15 is my go to powder for my 77gr match rounds.

It would probably work fine. For blaster ammo I use any powder I can find.

You wouldn't be using a Hornady Powder Drop, heard it didn't meter to well.

It worked well with the 69 grain match bullets in my 223 and great with 300 grain solids in my 375 H&H magnum.

Reloader 15 works better with heavy bullets. If you're in socal, I have some 4895 to trade.

Typical Calguns fashion, posting without really helping/answering the OP. He's asking about a 55gr bullet guys.

I'm in the same boat as you.

Any one have some data for RL15 With 55gr FBHP (Midway Dogtown Bullets)?

I was given several pounds of it by somebody getting out of reloading. I will save most of it for .308 but I was wondering if anybody ever used it for 55 gr .223. I can't find much loading info on i

Pretty much everyone says 24.5-25 gr.
