Amazingly guys in caves are loading rounds just like this every day.

I knew a guy who would hand dip his 30-06 cases into a bucket of surplus powder and pour out enough to fit a bullet inside and seat that sucker. Old guy who I'm surprised made it past his teens. Big guy up stairs must really like him..... or not want him up there blowing things up.
