Speer Gold Dots in bulk at Cabelas

    9mm 124grn. 250rds for $100 and 500rds for $185.

I've never bought these before so I don't know if it's a good deal, but I've also never seen HD rounds sold in bulk like this before. Let me know if it's a good deal.

That's a little pricy for a hollow point.

Don't get me wrong, Gold Dots are great, but you can get Hornady XTPs for $200/1000. Even less for Winchester OEM hollow points.

Gold dots are something I would use for "night stand" or carry ammo. Not for burning at the range.

$330 shipped for 1000 following the gunbroker link in the speer post below. vs $370 plus shipping unless cabelas has another free shipping promotion. I see your point.

I didn't mean it for burning at the range. It was more for load up all your HD mags, and then use the rest for practice.

Anyways. I have some Remington Golden Sabers and Federal HST's for HD that I prefer.

      Thanks

Midway USA. I paid $209 plus shipping for 1k 240gr Hornady XTPs.

For 9mm, you can get 1k 115gr Hornady XTPs for $149 plus shipping. They're out of stock of 9mm XTPs right now, though.

          I love that website.

If you can live with 147gr GD, Conevera has them for $114/1000:

              Screw that noise....

Montana gold bullets - buy them for $93/1000 for just 1k

Or go big and buy a case of 4000 for $282 shipped. That comes to $70.50/1000

Heh. That looks a lot like the bullets HSM uses in their bulk reloads.
