Brass or chamber problem **new pics**

Like Ben said, my MkII had a slight bulge even with already formed DTC ammo of different brass lots he provided to test. I did have 1 case split in the middle when fireforming but that is out of almost 80rds. I did notice that the slight bulge is only on 1 side of the brass and that ring (I believe its where the chamber starts) is not even. In other words, it appears my brass is not sitting straight in the chamber.

At first, we thought maybe the chamber was out of spec. Chris at Bohica measured some barrels he had in the shop and said they were all within spec. Even with the bulge, my fire formed brass still measured to within spec . My upper is on its way to Chris at Bohica as we speak to be re-bareled for the crooked chamber. So far Chris has provided EXCELLENT customer service. I'm hopeful that will correct my brass bulging problem but now it seems like it maybe more then an off chamber

Haven't got the cast done yet... the local guy didn't show with the upper, so we'll have to reschedule...

If anybody else in the Redlands area has a Mk2 FAR-50 in .50DTC I'd like to get a cast of it's chamber too.
