bullet length gauge info needed

I have bullet length gauges for 9mm .223 and .45 from Lyman, but I cannot find one for .38 or .357. Any suggestions for a quick check gauge?

Wasn't there just a brawl about this a week or two ago?
I use them. They're inexpensive, quick and easy. Don't have to disassemble a gun and have a barrel laying around the bench. A "ker-plunk" test takes a nano-second every couple of hundred rounds or so.
I used barrels at first, but found just because it fit a Glock barrel doesn't mean it would fit a CZ. Fit the CZ, and would fit anything. CZ's are a tad bit more work to disassemble and didn't like a 185.00 CZ TS barrel laying around the bench.
Fits the case gage, fits everything. To me, it's worth the 20 bucks. Drop it on the floor and what's the harm.

I guess the harm is it dumbs down the process. Take away the gauge and people won't know what to do. It's like when you take away GPS from an urbanized leftist.

For the 45ACP and 9mm, I use a gauge, for the revolvers, the gun.

I think your seeing a rush to technology the guys want the latest & greatest like a cell phone only a cell phone won't blow your face off if you don't under stand how to use it. I understand a guy wants to be efficient but, everytime you touch that trigger your testing the quality of your loads with your face! The guy that starts with a single stage press from the dark ages & sticks with it will be able trouble shoot his high volume equipment & produce quality ammo.
