delivering ammo to restricted cities

So I live in a non restricted city. but I have UPS's My Choice and saw i could change the delivery address for $5.

could i order some ammo for a friend that lives in a restricted city and then while its shipping change the address to my friends?

i didnt do it, but just wondering if i did it what kind of trouble i could get in?

Don't know if it would work but you couldn't get in any trouble. It's illegal for them to ship it not for you to receive it.

Just have the ammo shipped to you and have your friend come and pick it up, or take it to him. Much simpler solution.
