Anyone receive an order from these guys lately? I had ordered in January and still have not received my order. Several calls and emails later with no response. Worse yet is they charged my card back in March. Will have to dispute this charge soon if I can't get a response from them. Hoping I didn't just get ripped off and others are getting orders.

You usually only get 60 days to dispute a charge on your CC, but since you never got the product you'll have a good chance to get the charges reversed. Call/e-mail Great Lakes one last time (document it), if they can't give you an ETA tell them to cancel your order and give them a deadline that they must respond by. If they ignore your e-mail or the call doesn't go through, call your CC ASAP to get the ball rolling on getting the charges reversed.

I was afraid of that. Hadn't looked into the dispute timeframe with my CC company, but will have to soon. I've got plenty of email documentation so far, but plan on calling them tomorrow one last time.
