If it really comes down to it you can shave a hair off the top of the shellholder. Had to sand mine down a bit for .300 winmag

If you haven't had any chambering problems with factory ammo send the dies & shell holder back to RCBS they have a hell of a warrantee. You might check lubeing the necks like above.

Ok still waiting for the lgs to open to find a case gage. Now I did take the rnds that would not chamber and broke them down. I went ahead and resized them to see if that would help, well it worked now they all chamber and work great. So the issues was I wasn't bumping the shoulder enough. I am still getting the case gage. I guess since the brass was mil once fire I was not pushing the press hard enough for it to fully size.

Ok update, was able to find a dillon case gauge. I resized a few rnds to check die set up and it seem like all is set up correctly now. Issue was me not bumping the shoulder back far enough. So now all is good and I just need to deal with the mil brass which is a pain to resize. So the lesson here is get some case gauges for what you are reloading

90% of the time, this is the issue when reloaded ammunition doesn't chamber correctly. Sometimes, just a 1-/12th more of a turn of the die into the press is all it takes.

Your rifles chamber is a case gauge so you don't need another one that may or may not work.

If your brass won't chamber with the die making full contact with the shellholder cut an offending piece of brass in half with a Dremel tool or hacksaw.This eliminates the neck and shoulder and completely takes shoulder bump out of the equation.

Size the little piece of brass in your full length die and see if it chambers.
If it doesn't chamber or is hard to chamber your die isn't sizing the base enough.

If it chambers easily your not bumping the shoulder enough.

The easiest cheapest fix is to run your shellholder over some 80 grit sandpaper in a figure 8 pattern.The figure 8 pattern will help keep the sanding process uniform.

Remember to re-adjust your die after sanding.

Look down the neck of each case with a flashlight or drag the inside with a bent paper clip. I threw away about 60 out of 500 cases after sizing as they were already stretched at the case head. Good luck.
