Try the clubhouse at USI. They used to have reloading supplies.

Not too much firearms related shops and even fewer carries reloading components/equipment in the east bay. They're mostly in the San Jose area.

Past Hayward, Imbert & Smithers, San Carlos, and Reeds, Santa Clara have reloading supplies, but you probably want to call first to see if they have the bullets or powder or ?? You are looking for. FYI last few times at Reeds they did have CCI primers (rifle, pistol), but not a lot.

If you are in the valley. Barnwood Arms Ripon always has a good supply of reloaders and components.

City Arms in Pleasant Hill has powder and primers for sure. I didn't notice about bullets, but I think those too.

Antioch Armory has powder, primers, and bullets.
