    Unscrew the die.

Raise the ram all the way up.

Screw the die down to touch the shell holder.

Lube the case, especially inside the neck. Use a q-tip for that.
    Use lube sparingly.

Insert the case into the shell holder, size it, wipe the lube off.

Does it chamber? If not, screw the die down another quarter turn.

    Resize the case.

Does it chamber? If not, you have a problem with the rifle chamber, die, or shell holder or a combination thereof.

After you correctly setup the dies per J-cat... I would also consider trying to different case lube?

Give some imperial sizing wax a try...

Is the shellholder hitting the bottom of the die?

Is your die chamfered? This is most likely it and if it is, its not a biggie.

If its touching the shell holder already then Theres no point in turning it down more it wont do anything else

You would think that was true but its not. If I stop at the moment it touches, measure HS and then go past touching I can gain almost 28 thousands HS. The plate gives and the "stretch" is less.

                  Heard of frame flex?

Frame flex allows the die to spring .002-.003" away from the shell holder during sizing. Turning the die in a bit more compensates for frame flex.

Most dies do not size the last part of the case and this is normal. When you say there is something wrong with them do they not chamber or are you saying that just because they do not look right? Are you using these in a gas gun or bolt gun? You can buy a small base sizing die if you truly are having trouble chambering the brass.
