Powder Valley about a month ago.

The key is look at the site every day frequently whenever you get a chance - I bought while at work. My boss was wondering why I cursed at the screen on my PC and ran to get my wallet at 10:30am...

They don't gouge. The prices are pretty fair. I picked up 8 pounds of Vhitavuori N320 powder the same way. I try to buy a lot so I pay a single hazmat shipping fee on as many items as possible.

They do post release times for certain items on their Facebook page, but it is an orgy of ordering at the release hour, so I don't even bother trying. Patience pays off.
