            Question about powder availability.

Hi, I am 66 and have been on CG for sometime. Am a FSC member who shoots mainly 9mm and 45 acp. Have done IDPA but due to arthritis am mainly just doing bullseye ar Sac Valley by myself.

So I am considering getting back into reloading mainly to get SWC lead loaded for the 1911. Did quite a bit of reloading in the 80's but not since.

Today I looked around at shops and was able to find Small Pistol and Large Pistol primers, but no powder. Does someone in the Sacramento area sell Bullseye or an equivelent powder for handgun target shooting. I was able to find Unique but it is not my first choice.

If this is the wrong thread to ask, please move to or delete my querry
            and THANKS!

Ps: I love the sweet smell of BULLSEYE and BULLET LUBE I n the morning

I've seen some Bullseye at Bass Pro Shops in Manteca and Rocklin. But it's been over a month. I would call first.

i know most of you are single stage guys but for those of you that are progressive press reloaders, have any interest in mr bullet feeders, prices depend on what caliber, but if you are i am putting in a order from DAA for them.

I have done so much with so little for so long that now I can do almost anything with nothing at all.

Yeah....Yahoo....Yippie. Found a good selection of Hodgon powders at my gun club, was right under my nose. Now onto projectiles. Want to shoot 185-200 gr lead swc .45 acp. Has anyone done business with "Heavymetalbullets.com"?

                              2nd Wed, so next week.

As discussed at the last group therapy session, this month is cancelled. I won't be in town this month...
