damn that looks like a lot... what is that? about 1500 .452 ?

ACTUALLY, to be completely honest, I just like to melt things down and destroy things so in this case since I am a hoarder, I just want to melt down lead and have some nice clean ingots that I can stack up on my bullet shelf. I have about 20 or so now, I just want another 50 or so so that I can have a cool display... Then, eventually when I NEED to reload and I can not find bullets, I will simply make my own.

I agree that it is probably not the best time or best place for that. As a reloading workshop it is prolly best served to stick with reloading mainly and if yall wanna cast some boolits then I will watch. I have seen my friend cast them but I do not really get interested in cast boolits yet. I will stand by as extra help if needed and a joke here and there.
like these that I casted today after work?

looking forward to this. I have done just a couple of single cartridges many years ago, along with a fair amount of shotgun shells, so I have the roughest of ideas how it all works. but more knowledge is more power, right?

With the casting, I was thinking about showing the process of making bullets. Making ingots is time consuming. I don't think time will allow the whole process. Just basic information.

That is correct. We will have everything you need, including components, and will walk you through the process. Like Bumslie said, we want to get more people involved with the hobby.

Come with a willing attitude to learn and you will be all set!

That is the whole point if this workshop. This is to allow those who have not gotten their feet wet a hands on opportunity. Why would you buy a car before test driving? Same idea with these classes and presses.

We are here to get more people into the enjoyment of reloading, and these classes are the best way to dive right in!

Ill bring my lee ingot mold it has four slots: 2- 1/2lbs ingots and 2- 1lbs ingots. But i think we should wait to get deeper into casting. Some of the people are new to reloading and we dont want to confuse or overwelm them with info. With that being said ill bring some cast boolits and molds as well.

No worries, I appreciate you providing a heads up so that someone else can attend.

I have updated the list of attendees in the first post.
