40 s&w reloads

I have been reloading .223 rounds. I want to start reloading 40 s&w. need help to start my reloads. Do I need SPP OR LPP? Also, share diameter bullets do I need. I'm loading got my glock 22. Thanks

you will want to get a manual.... but they are SPPs.... dia willbe .4 if u poppin plated rounds

Take a look at hodgen's. They list IMR and winchester too. Just input you info and it gives you some pretty decent easy to follow reciepes. It's one of my primary sources of data.
