Reloading classes in San Diego area?

Anyone know of any ranges or other places that hold reloading classes for rifles in San Diego? Been googling but a lot of them are from a couple years ago.

Reloading can be very dangerous, but it can be also very safe just by following simple precautions and gut instinct. If you have a gun instinct about a round or batch of rounds pull them and start over. Also check headspace, I do about every 10 rounds. Before even reloading check your brass for any signs of wear, tears, or case head seperation.

Everyone has to start somewhere, but never forget the real danger of what your doing. Your making small explosives. Follow instructions and load data and you will be fine. A friend of mine was testing some .45ACP reloads that he made and was not smart about his process. Needless to say he had a bullet squib in the barrel, the gun did not cycle and he racked it and fired again. So the gun exploded in his hand, he was not injured luckily but learned a very hard lesson with his $2000 1911.

Moral is if your testing reloads and the weapon doesn't cycle correctly DO NOT FIRE IT AGAIN, until you properly check what happened.

The link by 5.56 Geo is a good lead. La Mesa Collectibles in El Cajon has classes monthly. I believe that the cost is $75 now, it was $50, and classes run full early to sign up soon.

I have not taken one so I cannot give you any particulars, but they seem to be popular on this site.

They also have a lot of reloading gear to check out if you're in the market.

Because I did more searching and read more people say things around the same line as you about being smart and safe. Someone pointed out that a lot of things we do in our lives can result in something tragic (driving, scuba diving, even slipping in a bathroom) but we take the extra and time effort into making sure we are not "doing it wrong". I appreciate your advice a lot. So thank you.
