Problem with Lee pro 1000 case feeder

I am having a problem. I have the pro1000 set up for.357. I have the case feeder attachments installed and adjusted. I have the 4 tubes all the way in the attachment. The problem is the feeder will push the case into the shell holder just fine, but when I cycle thru the loading cycle, the next case will not drop down. It is crooked hanging up on the case feeder and will not drop all the way down unto the ramp. I cannot find anything on you tube, or on Leeprecision.com. Anyone else have this problem?

Make sure that the black piece that holds the clear case holders is rotated as close to the press as possible. If the black piece is rotated to far back the case never falls all the way down to the case feeder. The case will remain on top of the case feeder.

check the bent metal rod that moves the feeder is in the correct hole. if it is in the wrong hole then it will not move properly

Here are some pics. The holder is as close to the press as possible, and there is about a dimes clearance between the case and the bottom of the holder.

You need to loosen the jam nut on the threaded portion of the tube holder lower it as low as it can go and still have the case clear when it pushes it forward and you need to swing the whole tube unit as close to the upper deck as possible without it rubbing then tighten the jam nut. You may need to tweak it a little to find the sweet spot. If no joy on that check your Z bar and make sure its not excessively bent it the z bar is too bent it will short stroke and the case wont fall in. I hope this helps. Here is a video from lee's site on how to properly install the case feeder. I hope this helps

See how you have two holes on the feeder? Move the rod into the one closer to the press. Should solve your issue
