    A first for me.

Just got back from Walmart(in Corona off McKinley). They had 8 cases of the Winchester 100rd. I really needed some, so I bought the limit which was 3. I just got home and I heard a rattle in one of the cases. Turns out one of the shells was over crimped. Then I heard a rattle in one of the other boxes in the same case. It was just loose shot. Didnt see any open shells.

There should be a few cases left. One person was gonna grab a case but he decided not to since he had plenty.

Bummer. It happens. They limit you for shotgun shells too? I just grab what I need and leave. No one has ever said anything.

        really?
I guess things are different in SoCal then...
the shelves are LOCKED and you have to wait nearly up to a hour for the "guy with the key" to come and unlock it for you, and they won't even let you touch the ammo and walk it to the register making you look like your not responsible

Here in SD they typically keep the shot shell stacked up outside the locked case.

At least that how it used to be...

Last time I was at Walmat the only thing inside the ammo case was BB gun stuff lol.

In Los Angeles area the shotshells are on the shelves. You can pay for them up front even.
