They have always gone bang for me.When asked what qualities he most valued in his generals, Napoleon said, "give me lucky ones." -
From my experience, they are a bit hotter than Winchester 209 primers. Be careful if you are using high pressure recipes.
If your shotgun is piercing the primers, stop using them. I've read/heard of them piercing just about every brand of shotguns. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to what guns they pierce.
They happen to pierce in my cynergy, but not in any of my other brownings or shotguns.Comment

Over on shotgunworld.com there seems to be a few people that have experienced pierced primers. I think it really depends on the shotgun you are using. I would buy 1000 and test them out before you put in a big order.
I switched over to cheddites last year and do not experience these pierced primer issues.
If you plan on using Win209 primer data, you'll want to reduce the powder charge by .5 gn, they are a bit hotter.Tempus Fugit, Memento MoriComment

I ordered two boxes. I will load up the first batch and if I do experience any issues, I will just sell them. Shotgun primers are still hard to find so I shouldn't have any trouble selling them if I need to.NRA Certified Metallic Cartridge Reloading Instructor, Shotgun Instructor and Range Safety Officer
