Like everything on these threads, the accurate answer is it depends on a lot of variables all tied inexorably to your expectations.
If you are talking about not blowing something up, changing primers is fine.
On the other hand, if you have a load that is working really well in your gun (say anything below .5 MOA for arguments sake), changing primers can screw with those results.
