My 2-01 8th edition VV Reloading Guide for Rifles and Handguns manual lists;

200gr Hornady FMJ-CT N320 5.0grs 869fps
max. 5.5grs 942fps

230gr Hornady FMJ-RN N320 4.9grs 797fps
max. 5.3grs 863fps

No hollow point data.

Handloader Magazine, June 2006 edition only tests a single 45 acp load with a 200 gr hardcast bullet being pushed at 827fps and being very accurate, mild recoil.

Look to me that your starting point should be some where in this range. Don't think pressure is going to be an issue since this powder is fairly fast burning for a handgun.

Let me know what kind of results you get. I have a couple of cans of the stuff laying around and may be interested in using it for target loads.
