    garage ammo finds

sorry for any confusion i am in montana
so i thought i posted this once but it disappeared. If I am doing something wrong please let me know. I was helping clean out a garage that the roof was leaking on. I noticed a reloading press and starting asking questions. anyways ammo was given to me and reloading equipment is up for negotiating. no power in garage(dark) and phone is a samsung stellar (no flash) so pics will come later on those items. anyways any help or info would be appreciated.

    1) 200-250 .308 on links marked tw 69 with small circle with cross in center every 5th round has orange tip. (tracer)
    2) several loose rounds marked wcc 60 same circle
    3) several loose rounds marked r p 308 win
    4) these appear to be .308 blanks instead of a bullit they have a long skiny tip part of case that deadend with an opening something small and orange in the end marked wc 62 same circle mark
    5) two boxes .308 slivertips price tag was $7 something so they old
    6) several 12 ga rounds some with paper hulls. are they safe?
    7) two boxes 30-30 price tag 3.xx$
    8) two boxes .45 ammo ballm1911 lot ra 33072 remington arms
    9) old 22 rimfire how long do these stay good?
    10) odds and ends empty brass and bullits

reloader was mounted to bench red in color looked to have spots for five or so attachments on top. also a red powder filler with small glass bottle. the dies i found were lyman. Bear with me please i have no experience reloading. i will have to back with a flashlight.

primers box had taken on water so im sure they are shot. would gunpwder in sealed metal cans still be good?

and scored two 20 round ar15 mags floorplates read colt ar15 and armalite ar15 both have aluminum followers

any and all replies would be appreciated
    thanks jeff

Someone gave you >10 round magazines ?

Surely some mistake unless they were broken down and described as rebuild kits. Oh, and them links are <=10 in length, right ?

Belted/Linked lengths are to be 10 rounds or less unless owned prior to 01/01/2000

        A quick google finds http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...ad.php?t=43918

Edit - Link corrected. I wouldn't want to be the test case.

The cases that have a circle with a cross ...that is a NATO mark for the ammo.

              WCC Western Cartridge Company

Unless there is heavy corrosion on the cartridges they should be gtg.
