Now that I think about it you might be right, the container is 16x10 and about ~4" full. I had around 5k (counted as I sorted them) But I'm wondering if I'm not missing a gallon bag somewhere.

Well I shot all these! Yeah I figure I'll just reload 100 or so at a time as I have a chance. I still have a bit of the WWB 9mm I picked up for 16 at wallyworld so not hurting for it yet.

I think that means my count should be about right. I started with 5 1gal ziploc bags all around 3/4 full.

I'm convinced that pistol brass comes in both male and female forms and unless you keep them apart, they breed when the lights are out!

However, my rifle brass seems to spontaneously turn to vapor.

I tend to worry about picking up brass at the range, I know that most people that reload wouldn't leave it sitting there but I don't want to pick up something that has been reloaded 10 times before.

I leave my 10x brass on the ground for other suckas to find.
If you see me leaving brass, you probably don't want it either.

I was just thinking about it and was about to decide that it must just be people that don't reload and I should just pick some up next time I'm there.... then you post that lol...

The only thing I really pick up is the rare stuff, like some guy the other day playing with a 10mm. After he left I hunted around and found a few, then I saw someone rent a 44 and shoot a box worth then toss it in the trash.... "someone" removed it from the trash and took it home...
