    I finally did it!

After talking about it, lurking here, and generally getting distracted I finalized my bench and started pulling the handle today. It felt good to start. Although I only got 3 out of the first 5 that I tried. Good thing I picked up that kinetic bullet puller.

    It gets easier, right?

Oh, it gets a lot easier. Some fine gentlemen helped me here and I'm putting out some nice stuff with fewer and fewer rounds that need to be pulled.
It was recommended to me by another member to get a Hornady cam lock bullet puller. Lot easier than the hammer, brother.

Watch some videos and double check you work. Last thing you want is a mistake that causes a kaboom!

Definetly gets easier! Be conservative to start, stay away from distractions and develope a minor case of OCD... You'll be good to go, welcome to rehab.

                I'm jealous!

Don't want to wait to get mine setup. But, alas I will have to.
                Sorry, not sorry.

Congrats! I'm not too far behind you. I have been collecting components and dies so that once I receive my press I'll be ready to go.

Congrats! Reloading Straight wall ammo 1st?

                          Some Beginning tips:
                          • double check your primer seating is as far as you can put it,
                          • ensure correct powder charges
                          • have fun, work methodically (if you leave the bench, try to write a note to yourself what you were doing, etc)
                          • take notes, i.e charge weight, bullet, primer, brass, oal, firearm used to shoot
Hornady LnL, Dillon Precision, RCBS, Lee Precision and Lyman User
If You want Match or Leadless hunting Ammo check out Monolithic Munitions Yes I am a shill, friends with the owners.
